Andrew joined JSA in late 2007 and brings with him an enviable reputation within the recruitment industry as well as a passionate desire to work with small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs. Over 25 years in the recruitment industry Andrew has developed a wealth of skills in building and shaping businesses and key staff members to create shareholder value.

Managing Director
Rick Flood joined JSA in September 2008 as Sales and Marketing Director and was appointed to the Board as Managing Director in April 2009. This is the third service provider business that Rick has been involved with at executive level – the previous two being in web hosting and online payments.
Before Joining JSA, Rick spent 3 years as an independent consultant helping other service providers across Europe to build successful sales and marketing strategies for integrated online and offline models.
