I left University and avoided becoming an accountant so it is ironic that I am now Chairman of the JSA Group.
I have spent more than twenty years working in the recruitment sector, building headhunting and management selection firms in the technology sector here and internationally.
In the last twelve years I have invested in and been an active Non Exec Chairman of a number of successful professional services focussed recruitment firms
Today I am lucky enough to be Non-Executive Chairman of a number of recruitment businesses. I find all of them refreshing and fun places to work, but more than that, they are leaders in their sectors focussed on ethical business and long-term relationships with customers.
It is as much about the journey and for me being part of the JSA Group is all about being proud of what we do and caring enough about our clients and each other to build a business that strives to be excellent in everything it does.
I am very involved with numerous charities including Outlook Training of which I am Chairman which is a personal development organisation supporting individuals achieving excellence in their lives. At home I am lucky enough to have two young gorgeous children and a patient wife waiting for me when I get there. I enjoy golf, skiing and tennis and keeping fit.
