When founding JSA in 1989, I did so with the realisation that Freelancers required a totally dedicated accountancy service; one that completely understood a Freelancers’ needs and which completely catered to their special requirements.  Those fundamental principles have not changed over the years and today I am proud to lead a team of enthusiastic and client focused individuals who are here to ensure that your freelancing experience is as enjoyable and worry free as possible.

As an “expert” on Freelancing matters, I regularly write articles, lecture and consult on Freelancing matters.  In addition, I represent Affiliate Members on the Executive Board of ATSCo and provide much needed general freelancing advice on a daily basis as an “Experts” on Shout99, a Freelancer’s website.

In my spare time, I am actively involved in several Charity projects, helping to establish the Noah’s Ark committee (which to date has raised approaching £1million on behalf of different Cancer charities, I am acting Charity co-ordinator for ATSCo and Trustee/CFO of the Cooper Kenya Educational Trust.
My other interests include golf, theatre, enjoying good food & wine and planning my next vacation!

Victor Stanton
Joint Chief Executive

I am proud to be joint chief executive of the JSA Group having been a part of the JSA team almost since day one.  My principle responsibilities are to “run” that team, and for the group’s finances and operations whilst also working closely with   my joint CEO on business development.  We have seen many changes during JSA’s life and I believe that one of the keys to our success has been our ability to adapt quickly.

By training and qualification I am a Chartered Accountant, and in my previous life I was a partner in a medium sized West End CA firm where I specialised in audit, including dealing with a number of public companies and flotations.  I also have experience in forensic accounting.

I have been involved with a number of charities but in 1991, in memory of my late brother in law, my wife and I founded the Noah’s Ark charity committee, supporting cancer care and relief.  We continue to chair the committee, which has now raised close to £1 million.

I am married with 3 children  - 2 of whom I am no longer supporting, but neither are they supporting me yet!  I play golf regularly (and badly) and bridge, and have a season ticket at Spurs.  I enjoy travel and the theatre.
