I Joined JSA at the start of 2006 as Sales Manager. I have been working in the contractor  industry  for nearly 4 years. During that time I have learnt how quickly legislation can change and how important it is to keep ahead of the competition. I am heading up a very enthusiastic team who are very focused on offering the very best solutions to our clients and building a lot of long lasting relationships with our agency partners.

I am married with 1 child and hopefully one more on the way soon.

I joined JSA in March 2006 and head up the Customer Service, Administration and Payroll Processing teams. I bring a wealth of Operational knowledge to the role, and head up a team of 30 staff and have 14 years worth of Senior Operational Management experience.

I am totally committed to the process of continual improvement and development within the Customer Service environment. Providing progressively more efficient and cost beneficial working practices whilst remaining both diplomatic and perceptive towards the company’s political and economic strategy’s. I have developed a successful contractor relationship formulae focusing on customer service, maintenance of KPI’s and a commitment to fulfilling agreed Service standards, also having the foresight through MI reports, to delivery departmental / company change and direction, when required.

I joined JSA in 1999 as Document Flow Manager responsible for Post Room, Filing/Archiving and general office services. I am also the JSA Facilities Manager responsible for building maintenance, office moves and outside contractors. I live in Watford

I have been with JSA since 1998 as Human Resources Manager leading the HR team to provide pro-active and delivery focused support to the business. Key activities include recruitment, training, reward, employee relations and ensuring JSA's compliance with the increasing demands of employment legislation.
