The JSA Team

JSA employs over 100 staff, mainly in its Watford office, all of whom have a wealth of experience in looking after the needs of our customers, and some of whom have worked for JSA for over 15 years. They are ready for every eventuality and can assist you from your first query to signing you up for our services, offering you support and guidance at every point on your journey with JSA.

Our dedicated customer service team is always available on the other end of the phone, waiting to take your call from 8am to 8pm from Monday to Friday and from 9am to 12 pm on Saturday. They will provide you with the information you need, take you through everything step by step and deal with your query quickly and effectively.

JSA is led by a senior management team with many years of combined expertise, market knowledge and vision. They have many years of experience in both the recruitment and umbrella company industries, so they are well placed to understand the needs of contractors and agencies alike and help deliver solutions to suit all of our customers.

JSA’s management team is forward-thinking and always looking for ways to improve JSA’s services and offerings, both to our customers and to our internal staff. Their goal is to drive JSA forward and establish our company as the market leader, offering not only a range of first class solutions but also state-of-the-art systems and customer service.

Andrew Goodman

Andrew joined JSA in late 2007 and brings with him an enviable reputation within the recruitment industry as well as a passionate desire to work with small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs. Over 25 years in the recruitment industry Andrew has developed a wealth of skills in building and shaping businesses and key staff members to create shareholder value.

In late 2005 Andrew was brought on to the board of James Harvard – a recruitment business operating in the financial and pharmaceutical sectors – as Non-Executive Director by its founder and Octopus Investments. The business was acquired by Hays plc in February 2007.  Today this is Hays fastest growing business worldwide.

In 2002 he founded Public Recruitment Group PLC a company backed by Baird Capital Partners and Fortis Bank. The company was listed on AIM in 2004. In 2001 he founded Renoir Partners, subsequently acquired by Baird Capital Partners.

In late 1998 he joined the Boards of Microgen Plc and Techpartners International. Techpartners was acquired by Harvey Nash Plc in 2000. Prior to this he founded Goodman Graham in 1987. It was sold to BNB Plc in 1995.

Andrew has also been on the Advisory panel of a number of Venture Capital funds including Doughty Hanson and Westbridge Capital.

Kwasi Missah

Kwasi joined JSA in 2009 as Technology and Operations Director.  Prior to that, he spent three years as Chief Technology Officer of a London based global hedge fund where he became a partner.

The majority of his 23 year career has been spent within technology management in the Investment Banking sector, at organisations such as Goldman Sachs. He enjoys a central role in supporting and enabling our business through technology, and enhancing the experience of our customers. 

 

 

 

Louise Rayner

Louise joined JSA in May 2011 as Finance Director and brings with her a wealth of experience from both the recruitment and outsourced accountancy sectors.

Louise's debut to the recruitment sector was made 15 years ago when she joined Adecco UK as head of Finance.  Following a decade of service at Adecco, Louise moved to Carlisle Staffing as Accounting Director followed by Head of Operations at RSM Tenon.  Prior to joining JSA she was Commercial Director at the UK division of Randstad Managed Services.

Since joining JSA, Louise has seen the company become AWR compliant and FCSA accredited - two major milestones that truly set JSA apart from the competition.  Louise's role within the business has also been extended into Sales and it is through this increased responsibility that she has started to move JSA into a period of growth.
