With April 5th fast approaching, I thought it timely to update you on the progress that we are making transitioning our Managed Service clients.

As we near the end of the consultation period (March 2nd) and we get a clearer picture of how things will be after April 5th, we thought that you would appreciate a brief update on what progress JSA has made in dealing with what that industry has affectionately termed “transition ”.

All of us are only too aware of the repercussions of the Government ’s decision to effectively abolish Managed Service Companies (MSC’s) from this April.

I am writing to you following the announcement by the Chancellor last December of his intention to legislate against the use of Managed Service Companies.
