Senior Management Survey

In order for us to provide the best possible service to agencies and contractors in these somewhat turbulent times, we would be grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to answer the following questions.

1. Do you currently operate a PSL for Accountancy Service Providers (as opposed to Umbrella providers)?

 
2. If you presently do not operate a PSL for Accountancy Service Providers, do you believe that the proposed accreditation scheme would enable you to establish/reinstate one??

 
3. Do you think the HMRC's suggested Audit Standard would be helpful in assessing your own potential liability for Transfer of Debt provisions?

 
4. Do you have concerns that the current legislation is forcing some of your contractors (who may pass an IR35 review and thus qualify for a Limited Company) into Umbrella schemes which puts them into an unfavourable tax position?

 
5. If you answered YES to Q4 above, do you think this is having an inflationary impact on hourly/daily rates demanded by contractors?

 
6. Are you concerned that as a consequence of the new legislation and your fears of imposing a strict PSL, some of your contractors are falling into potentially illegal tax schemes?

 
7. Would you say the legislation has had a negative financial impact on your business?
