JSA completes a year partnering with business coaching and training company
19 Feb 2010JSA has just celebrated a year partnering with a company specialising in business coaching and training services. For the past twelve months, JSA has been working closely with executive coaching company Bute Ltd. Director of Bute, Margo Manning’s business coaching was introduced as part of a long-term development plan for JSA and during the past year, she has worked with members of staff across the board, from senior management downwards, to help individuals improve their business performance. Manning is an accredited Business and Management Coach and NLP Master with many years of experience in the development arena.
In autumn 2009, she and her team also ran two separate sales training workshops, working closely with JSA’s sales team, in which she looked at the methodology of JSA’s sales process and recommended ways to improve it.
In addition, Bute have just completed a six month programme at JSA, in which every member of JSA’s staff, including the senior management team, undertook a customer care NVQ (National Vocational Qualification). This involved 2-day workshops and a series of evidence gathering sessions, designed to focus everyone on the importance of delivering exceptional customer service, which is in line with JSA’s goals and vision going forward.
JSA's HR Manager, Bonny Parker, said: “Bute’s work has actively contributed to the development of our staff and underpins the strategic position of the business moving forward.”
