Andrew joined JSA in 2007, he is a recruitment industry veteran, having founded, acquired, listed, and served on the Board of numerous significant recruitment businesses, and also on the Advisory panel of a number of Venture Capital funds over the past 25 years. He has a passion for creating exceptional businesses, with outstanding customer service.
Stewart joined the board of JSA as Non Executive Director in March 2010. He brings over 25 years experience of building businesses and creating shareholder value in the recruitment and human capital management sectors. He has an enviable reputation of helping shape leadership teams in the industry that delivers outstanding customer service to their clients. Stewart has worked alongside Andrew Goodman in a number of businesses, including James Harvard, where he was the non Executive Chairman from its inception until its sale to Hays; and at Techpartners International where he was the senior non Executive Director. Currently Chairman of three other leading recruitment businesses - Morgan McKinley, Templine and Nurse Plus - as well as having sat on the boards of ten different recruitment firms covering a wide spectrum of sectors in the last 20 years, Stewart brings an unparalleled knowledge of the industry to the board of JSA.
Kwasi joined JSA in 2009 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, he spent three years as Chief Technology Officer of a London based global hedge fund where he became a partner, the majority of his career has been spent within technology leadership in the Investment Banking sector, at organisations such as Goldman Sachs. Most recently Kwasi has taken up the role of Managing Director after several years as Chief Operating Officer at JSA. He leads the firm in supporting and enabling our business through technology and creating a first class experience for our customers and clients.
Managing Director of OPL, John joined the JSA Board of Directors following the acquisition of OPL by JSA in April 2017. A Chartered Accountant, he has worked in the sector since 2011, building OPL through organic growth and acquisition of brands. Previously he spent 4 years as FD of First Group UK Bus, a FTSE 250 business with a £1bn turnover, and 25,000 employees across 50 sites. During John's 7 years at Williams Lea Group in divisional Financial and Commercial Director roles he led deals and acquisitions and set up new divisions. A fast growing, PE backed business, turnover grew from £80m to £1bn. Prior to that he had 5 years at Deloitte in audit and transaction support.
